1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pub207 website located at https://pub207.club (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the pub207 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the pub207 Platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform by a verified individual user.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held within a Player's pub207 Account.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or pub207 policy.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on pub207, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine regulations governing online gambling activities.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of pub207 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from the pub207 Platform through a self-exclusion agreement or operator-imposed ban.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pub207. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals held therein.

pub207 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. The Company may require additional documentation to verify your identity at any stage of the registration process or thereafter.

4 Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

pub207 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. As a condition of withdrawing funds, and at any other time pub207 deems appropriate, Players may be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card).
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of GCash wallet, bank statement).
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions as determined by pub207's AML policy.

Pending satisfactory verification, pub207 may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing. pub207 is not liable for any delays caused by a Player's failure to provide requested documentation promptly and in an acceptable format.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All monetary transactions on the pub207 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. pub207 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. pub207 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or anonymous payment instruments.

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. pub207 will reject or reverse deposits received from payment methods belonging to third parties. Players who knowingly use third-party payment methods will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. pub207 processes withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts as promptly as operationally possible, though specific processing times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the payment provider. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated periodically.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pub207 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps — which are communicated at the time of the offer and available in the pub207 promotions section.

General conditions applicable to all pub207 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Only one bonus may be active per Player account at any given time unless expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to fulfilling applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the specified validity period; unfulfilled bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

pub207 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting the terms of bonuses already claimed by eligible Players.

7 Game Rules & Player Conduct

All games offered on the pub207 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in respect of account-level matters; individual game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub207 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Use of automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any program that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy between two or more Player accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors in game logic, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Winnings derived from exploited errors are void and will be reversed.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after using the deposited funds for gameplay.
• Any conduct that pub207 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pub207 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of pub207 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit scraping, copying, distributing, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any pub207 content without express written consent from the Company.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

pub207 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pub207 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

10 Responsible Gaming

pub207 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when your session reaches your chosen duration, with automatic logout options.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend or permanently close your account. Temporary exclusions range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

pub207 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age or is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds held in the account are forfeited. Verified real-money balances that are not linked to ongoing fraud investigations will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal holds.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pub207 account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will continue to be processed normally.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub207 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if pub207 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pub207's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any and all claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their pub207 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub207 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pub207, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pub207's formal customer complaints process. Complaints may be submitted via the support channels listed on the Platform. pub207 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pub207 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pub207 will notify registered Players by email (to the address on record) and/or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive or emergency circumstances.

Your continued use of the pub207 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
